First, the organization of your book into the three sections was inspired. I can't think of anything you missed. I had decided some time ago not to be depressed by chronological aging, and every reinforcement I could want was found in your pages, especially in the chapter titled BE. Second, what valuable information you have in the SEEN chapter. I had just been told by a friend who is a year older that he noticed we are "disappearing" as time goes on, which of course I had noticed, too. The tips in SEEN are not threatening and I will use them to perk up my look. And third, the PLAYING IT FORWARD chapter was a lovely conclusion. Your positive energy radiates from every page. Now I feel like a gushing fan, but so what. That really is how the book made me feel. I am going to pass it on to my mother before using it as a handbook and then probably sharing it with others.
